Actually this shot was taken at Ste. Anne-de-Sorel. Sheila Moran was then towing the former USS Little Rock (CG-4) to Buffalo to become a floating museum and I wanted to be close to the tow. Luckily a boater and his family took us (René Beauchamp was with me) in his boat to be able to get right next to Sheila Moran and Little Rock. Sheila Moran was in her as built configuration at the time prior to her being converted to a push tug. I just can't imagine that I photographed this tug nearly 45 years ago!
