Description
Retired from service in 1967 and sold for scrap to Marine Salvage Ltd., Port Colborne. Towed to Port Maitland during September of 1969 where an old oil drilling rig was loaded prior to the ship being towed to Sorel where she ended up spending the winter months. Departed Sorel under tow with Nixon Berry in tandem in late May then arrived at Vado, Italy on July 1, 1970
