Description
3 December 1967 - Emmanuele M. went aground near the Elbe 1 Light Vessel off Scharhorn in a position 53.56.30N / 8.21.30E during a voyage from Rostock, GErmany to Rotterdam, Netherlands. Her crew was later removed.
1968 - Declared a constructive total loss and retired. Surrendered and sold to salvors. Sold to A.G. Elfring & W. Duyn - Netherlands
7 July 1970 - Emmanuele M. was refloated, towed to Cuxhaven then on to Hamburg, Germany.
15 July 1970 - Arrived at Hamburg, Germany for demolition by Eisen und Metall A.G. on 16 July 1970.
